How do I get my course after I purchase?
Access is instant. After your payment is successfully processed, you will immediately receive an email with your login credentials and a direct link to the course dashboard. You can start learning right away.
What if I’m not happy with the course? Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and the instant access you receive to all course materials, lesson pages, and the AI assistant, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason. Is this a one-time payment?
Yes, absolutely. Your purchase is a one-time payment that grants you lifetime access to the E-com Launchpad SA course, all future updates, and the Coetsee Digital E-Com AI Assistant. There are no hidden fees or monthly subscriptions.
Is this course really for South Africans?
100%. This entire course was built from the ground up for the South African market. We cover SA-specific suppliers, local couriers (like PUDO and Aramex), payment gateways (like Yoco and PayFast), and ad strategies that work for our local audience. This is not a generic US course with an SA flag on it.
Digital Access & Delivery Policy
1. Product Type
All products sold on store.coetseedigital.com are digital products. This includes, but is not limited to, online courses, PDF guides, HTML lesson files, and access to AI assistants. No physical products will be shipped.
2. Delivery Method & Timing
Delivery is instant and electronic. Upon successful completion of your payment, you will receive an automated email sent to the address you provided at checkout. This email will contain:
- Your secure login credentials (username and password).
- A direct link to the course access page or dashboard.
You will be able to access all your purchased digital materials immediately after your order is confirmed.
3. Receipt of Delivery
An order is considered “delivered” the moment our system sends the access email to your nominated email address. If you do not see this email within 15 minutes of your purchase, please check your “Spam,” “Junk,” or “Promotions” folders before contacting support.
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and active email address at checkout. We are not liable for non-delivery if you have provided an incorrect email address.
